These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Wizzmo Ambassador Program operated by BetterApps LLC ("Wizzmo," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing in to ambassadors.wizzmo.app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ambassador Program Overview

The Wizzmo Ambassador Program enables students to help bring the Wizzmo platform to their campus. As an ambassador, you help grow the Wizzmo community at your school and earn perks and revenue share in return.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Ambassador Program, you must:

  • Be a current student or authorized representative at an accredited educational institution
  • Have a valid Google Workspace account (.edu email) provided by your institution with administrative directory permissions granted by your institution's Google Workspace administrator
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Wizzmo Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Represent Wizzmo positively and accurately to your campus community
  • Share your referral link and outreach materials to help grow Wizzmo at your school and beyond
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, or any conduct that could harm Wizzmo's reputation
  • Comply with your institution's policies regarding promotions and campus activities

4. Referral Authorization & Directory Access

By authenticating with your Google Workspace account, you — as a holder of administrative directory permissions granted by your institution — are referring all individuals within your organization's contact directory to the Wizzmo platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your institution has granted you administrative directory permissions, and your authentication constitutes institutional authorization for Wizzmo to access your organization's directory through the Google Workspace Directory API (directory.readonly scope) to power the "Invite Students" feature in your ambassador dashboard
  • You may use the Invite Students feature to browse your university's directory and send referred email invitations to students for campus matchmaking events and mentorship programs
  • Wizzmo may send referred communications and outreach to directory members, identifying that they were referred through their institution's authorized representative
  • The scope of directory access is limited to individuals whose information is accessible through your administratively-privileged Google Workspace account, as governed by your organization's directory permissions and administrative settings

You represent that you are a current member or authorized representative of the educational institution associated with your account, that your institution has granted you administrative directory permissions, and that by virtue of those permissions you have the institutional standing to authorize directory sharing with Wizzmo. You understand that directory access occurs automatically upon authentication and that each school domain is synced once.

5. Ambassador Perks & Compensation

Active ambassadors may receive:

  • Free Wizzmo Pro access for the duration of their ambassadorship
  • VIP access to Wizzmo events on their campus
  • Revenue share on campus subscriptions (terms and rates communicated separately)
  • Ambassador merchandise and materials
  • Professional development opportunities including LinkedIn recommendations

Perks are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. Revenue share terms will be communicated to eligible ambassadors separately.

6. Referral Program

Ambassadors receive a unique referral link. When a new ambassador signs up through your link, you may receive additional perks or increased revenue share. Referral rewards are subject to the terms communicated in the ambassador dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

Wizzmo grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Wizzmo branding and outreach materials provided through the ambassador dashboard solely for ambassador program activities. You may not modify Wizzmo trademarks or create materials that imply Wizzmo endorsement without prior written approval.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Ambassador Program at any time. You may withdraw by signing out and contacting us. We may terminate your ambassadorship if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to Wizzmo. Upon termination, your perks and revenue share will cease.

9. Disclaimer

The Ambassador Program is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding compensation amounts, perk availability, or platform performance. Your participation is voluntary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Ambassador Program.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
